When it comes to service, there are several questions that you need answered.
Will your call be answered promptly, or will you need to wait for a return call after leaving your message on a machine?
Gaines HVAC is prepared to answer your calls at (314) 772-5550 during regular business hours with trained staff, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. A service technician is available for emergency service after hours by calling (314) 772-5550.
Will you receive a written warranty?
Gaines HVAC guarantees all work performed with our Company Workmanship Warranty in addition to the manufacturer's warranty in writing.
Will your contractor do the work themselves, or will it be sub-contracted?
Who will then be responsible for any warranty work should it be necessary?
Gaines HVAC will do all of the contracted work. Occasionally, municipalities require licensed electricians for specialized work. This will be determined according to the nature of each individual job.

Be trained to do a professional job?
Gaines HVAC technicians continually receive training to stay informed of the most recent technology. All servicemen are EPA-certified, Air Conditioning Contractors of America-trained, North American Technician Excellence-certified, St. Louis City and County Licensed.
Will your contractor insure your safety by providing uniforms and company trucks for their technicians?
Gaines HVAC employees are supplied with uniform shirts displaying the company name, as well as vehicles easily identified by the company logo.
Will your contractor have Liability Insurance Coverage and Workmen's Compensation Insurance?
Gaines HVAC does, as all legitimate contractors should. This is an investment necessary for any company intending to continue in business.
Will your contractor furnish a lien waiver?
Gaines HVAC, upon your request, will provide you with a lien waiver for work performed at the time final payment is made for said work.
