In October 1994 David M Hoffmann and David J Kovac purchased the company assets along with the Gaines name and formed Gaines HVAC Inc. David Hoffmann and David Kovac are both from the St. Louis area and were active from an early age in family businesses also related to the heating and cooling trade. Combining the above experience and knowledge, along with a dedicated staff and certified technicians, Gaines HVAC continues to provide its customers with the best service and technology available.
David M Hoffmann, President, was a service technician for more than nineteen years, working with commercial and residential heating and cooling systems of all types.
David J Kovac, Vice President, was an estimator for more than twenty-two years, working with both retail and wholesale levels of commercial and residential heating and cooling systems.
